Workspace Solutions, Inc. is an independent office contract furniture dealer. The company was formed in July 1999, after the principals formed an alliance with the Teknion Corporation. It is because of this and many other alliances, we are able to perform any job: large or small. As our reputation for professionalism and quality has spread, so has our customer base. Design & Space-planning

  • Interview clients to procure scope of project.
  • Survey site to verify accurate field dimensions.
  • Receive and transmit scaled CAD drawings.
  • Produce scaled CAD drawings for client review and revision.

  • Sale of office furniture and storage solutions.

Service & Installation

  • Experience in systems furniture installations and reconfigurations.
  • Moves and reconfiguration of existing furniture.
  • Service and support of new and existing furniture.
  • Site survey, inventory and space-planning services.
  • Monitor and schedule deliveries of product.
  • Receive and inspect product at our warehouse or at the customer's office.
  • Coordinate cabling and other contractors.
  • Prepare a punch list to correct any problems or shortages.
  • Expedient follow-ups to complete the project.

 

Warehousing

  • Receiving and inspection of products.
  • Short term and long term storage ant competitive rates.
  • All furniture stored on rack shelving for protection and easy access.
  • Inventory management & control.
